We have had a busy first week back. For our science topic this second half term, we are learning about light and how this helps us see. We looked at the benefits and dangers of light as well as how UV can be dangerous.
We then made posters advertising protective wear to protect us from the suns powerful rays.
We also had fun making colour wheels and demonstrating how white light consists of seven colours.
We observed how white light can be split into the different colours using a prism and a light source.
