Another exciting steam day in Jet Class! Today we were engineers with a mission to design a bridge. We had to consider how the bridge will be used, how long and wide it should be, and how much weight it has to hold. We looked at four main types of bridges. Beam bridges made of horizontal beams, Truss bridges made out of triangles, Arch bridges are made up of arches and Suspension bridges. Here we are working hard, making our fabulous bridges!
