Today Jet class visited the Winter Shelter at Holy Innocents Church. Clem told us all about what the shelter does in terms of providing a safe space for people who are in between homes. We then made the beds (some of us better than others!) and prepped the dinner tables ready for when the guests arrived. The children had a fantastic time and told Miss Allt and Romy how good it felt to do something so kind for others! Well done Jet class: true role models!
