Today, St Mark’s School were lucky enough to have a visit from some eager volunteers from Expedia travel company. Organised through the ‘Big Alliance’ a group of helpers left their desks for a day to help Caroline in the garden and to make our school look fantastic. Volunteers had a variety of tasks including, sorting the compost bins; planting up the hanging baskets; tidying the greenhouse and planting in the pond garden! All volunteers said they had and amazing experience and were full of compliments for the children.
