The week has seen children in Opal class learning about features of a river to finding out information on the ipads.
In maths we have been looking at more units of measurements and conversions . In Science we have continued learning about the rock cycle and the three main types of rock. Children also worked in groups to make a model of the earth using playdough.
In English we have continued with reading our book “Escape from Pompeii” and developing our descriptive writing of a busy roman town.
In Spanish we have been learning the months of the year through singing.
