For this term’s theme of ‘togetherness’, the children in Ruby Class discussed ways that people in society are treated and how we can all feel like one.

We looked at refugees who come to our country in need of help and how they can sometimes be treated. The children concluded that refugees in fact are people just like us, and that together-without judgement- we can live in harmony.

As an inspiration, we created this artwork and the children chose their favourite quote about refugees to copy in their artwork.
