Last Thursday, the children went on a trip to the British Museum. We went specifically to see the Benin Bronzes as we have been learning all about the Kingdom of Benin in our history lessons. At the museum, the children were challenged to find artifacts depicting different animals, make observations and sketch a range of the bronzes. All the children showed fantastic enthusiasm for what they were learning. Well done, Taiga Class.
