As a Church of England school, we joyfully enter the Advent season, a time of anticipation and reflection as we prepare to celebrate the coming of Christ. Each of the Advent candles has a special meaning: hope, peace, joy, and love, reminding us of the values at the heart of Christmas and guiding us through this season of waiting and reflection. Lighting these candles each week brings a sense of calm and togetherness, helping us focus on the true meaning of the season.
Our Christmas tree adds sparkle and cheer to the school hall, and throughout Advent we embrace the spirit of Christmas, spreading peace and goodwill across our school community. We look forward to festive celebrations, Christingle services, nativity performances, and all the joyful activities that make this season so special for pupils, families, and staff alike.
