We all know that the way kids are taught at school these days is different to how we were taught.
As part of maths week we have some great videos that show us how children are taught maths at St. Mark's.

St Mark's is a thriving one form
entry Church of England Primary School in North
Islington. The school has very close links with St Mark's Church in
Tollington
Park and each class has up to 30 pupils from Reception through to Year
6. We are
located in a vibrant multi-cultural part of the borough and most of our
pupils
are from the immediate local community. Cathy Heels, our headteacher,
joined
the school in April 2008 and is supported by strong and brilliant staff
team. St
Mark's has something for all pupils, parents and carers to get involved
with or
support;Â choose from our unmissable school plays, talent shows, sports
day,
Christmas bazaar, summer fete, cake sales, international coffee mornings, fundraising events and huge
number
of after school clubs. Go to The School and School Information menus
for more details about the school.
