Today, we had great fun gardening with Caroline
As a whole class, we played a game to decide which items could or couldn’t be put in the compost.
Then, in groups, we investigated compost and carefully uncovered different minibeasts.
Last, Caroline showed us St Mark’s compost heap.
Opal Class, here are some questions for you to answer:
Can you name some items that are good to go in compost?
Which items are not good for compost? and why?
Which minibeasts did you uncover in the compost?
